Pavement Maintenance - Improvement

The Kastellorizo airport runway was maintained with Slurry Seal II.

Our company applies Slurry Sela the last 25 years in the National Road Network of Romania. Our company constructs Slurry Seal since 1994 according to the maintenance program planned by the National Road Network Management Company of Romania. More than 4.000.000 metres have been contructed in the areas of Constanza, Braila, Slobozia, Klouz, Timisoara, Orantea, etc..

During the present year, we are carrying out a project in the area of Kostnaza

The airport runway 16-34 was laid with Slurry Seal Type II. The project works lasted only 15 days, from 30/9/2010 to 14/10/2010. The total surface laid with Slurry Seal II was 140.000m²

A section of 10km of PATHE Motorway was laid with micorsurfacing (0-10mm), on a total surface of 290.000 square metres. The project works took place between 2/8/2010 and 23/9/2010. After the application, the antiskid factors measured with British Pendulum were exceptional high, having a mean value of 73.

Construction of slurry seal microsurfacing in Egnatia Odos Motoway aiming to restore the deterioration of the semidense antiskid pavement that has been constructed 5 years ago. Two microsurfacing layers of 0-6mm και 0-10mm were applied.
